We Got 1000 Applications for the Jobs

In the last article, we shared about some opening in our company. We had some openings for our new branch that we just shifted in.

Our Recruiting team was all set to shortlist candidates and hire the best talent. In the meantime, we were thinking to get around 100-200 applications.



But when we checked our system the next morning it showed around 980 applications just for one of the job. As we posted two job opening, one for a digital marketing executive and other is for content writers.

We currently have moved to the United States and we only have two openings for content writers. And looking at the quality of applications that we got we are finding it hard to select the best ones. Our team then thought to refer the rest of the applicants to another company which might be having some vacancies for similar posts.

So if you are someone who can help us refer them to a suitable organization then you can shoot us a mail. We have also decided the dates for the first interview. It will be on 15th March and the candidates will be called for final confirmation.

  • Government ID
  • A Printed Copy of Your Resume/CV
  • A Reference Document
  • And other supporting Documents
The candidates should be coming in formal dress and needs to take care of the language preferences.
