We Are Facing a Lot of Issues With Website

Being an agency is a lot of work and when things are going in reverse direction then it is not easy to cope up. We are facing a lot of issues with our website and the team is working on it.

Most of the issues are not related to us but the software on which we depend. Like, this blog was working fine for years but now the posts are not getting indexed by Google. Even after fetching the posts in search console hundreds of times, there is no chance of getting them indexed.



The last post was to take registrations for our workshop but because the posts were not getting indexed we didn't get required number of people to register. This is something that can make any team feel bad because we invested a lot in this workshop and if we will cancel it then the whole team would suffer.

Talking about the other issues, we use mailerlite for sending email campaigns. A large audience was selected to send a newsletter regarding our workshop. But the servers are not letting us send emails even when they are the ones that we got from genuine signups. Even after contacting the support we were not able to get any revert back on this problem.

Below are the other problems that our team is facing:

  • Due to the extensive use of the Internet by people, the bandwidth of our broadband has been limited. We are not even able to have a conference with our clients over a video call. It gets disconnected every now and then. 
  • As every other company is giving away free courses and stuff so we also decided to give some of our courses for free. For that, we chose Podia as the platform but after signing up with a Business plan we found that there is no option for a custom domain.
  • We just hired two software developers for Salesforce but they are very much beginners. So, to help them we bought a course from Educative for JavaScript. We thought it is a video series but no, they were textual guides that are of no proper use. Textual guides are all over the Internet and we wanted video material.
  • One of our clients is delaying the payment and that payment is due for the last 7 months. For an agency focusing only on a few clients, due payments are always a burden on growth.
Still, we are working hard day and night to meet the demands of the clients. It is not an easy job to run an agency and you should be learning a lot of things before starting a digital marketing agency. Now, we have decided to skip this workshop for some days until we sort all the things that our team is facing.
