Her next question was "How it Helps in SEO". Mike took it lightly as he knew that it would be coming from her. He replied it with some facts that Google wants the users to land at trusted websites. As a company Google will never want to rank websites that are not easy to trust. And, for that review websites can help Google in finding a lot about websites.

Most of these review websites have strict review policy and they also check the reviews further to keep only genuine reviews. This can save a lot of time for Google to get idea about any website that comes under its radar.

These things are more important now because the competition is increasing and Google has to find new factors to decide rankings. Nobody can rank lacs of websites just with a few factors and limited bounds. So, they look into multiple small factors and decide with the rank of a website.

After this answer the lady finally got her queries solved and she thanked Mike for such a positive reply. Later, he also shared some of the example of brands that have some very good reviews on authority websites.
